Registration is quick; the decisions inside it are not. Before you open the form, settle the account type, the base currency and the leverage you will actually use.

Who you are opening with
The account is held by FxPro Global Markets Limited. That is the name to look for in the client agreement, and the one whose licence matters — not the brand on the website.
If the entity in the agreement is not the one you expected, stop and ask before funding.
The order of the steps
Email and password, then country of residence, then the account type and base currency, then a short suitability questionnaire, then identity checks.
The questionnaire is not a formality: the answers set the leverage you are offered. Answer it as it is, not as you think it should look.
What to do first inside the account
Open a demo before funding. Place one gold trade sized by the position-size calculator and watch how the margin and the cost behave.
Only then decide the first deposit — and make it the amount you would be willing to lose.
