What the check is for
An account is verified before it can be funded or withdrawn from. It is a legal requirement on the broker, not an obstacle it invented.
Until it passes, FxPro Global Markets Limited cannot process a withdrawal, which is why it is worth finishing before you deposit rather than after.
Documents that usually pass first time
Proof of identity: a passport or national ID, all four corners in frame, nothing cropped, no glare over the photo or the machine-readable lines.
Proof of address: a utility bill or bank statement, normally issued within the last three months, showing the same name and the same address as the account.
What sends a document back
A screenshot of a banking app instead of a statement; a document in a name that differs by a middle name or a transliteration; an address that does not match the one typed into the form; an expired ID.
Fix the mismatch in the account details first, then upload — a second rejected upload is slower than one correction.
